Delivery and Payment

When will you ship my items?

Your items will be shipped to you once we have confirmed your payment. Once payment has been confirmed we will ship it in 2-3 working days. 

If your order was made over the weekend, our staff will get in touch with you once our office opens.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship nationwide, as long as the delivery address is within our logistics partner's coverage area. 

Do you ship door-to-door?
For orders within Metro Manila, and some areas of Greater Manila, we deliver to your preferred delivery address.
For orders beyond Greater Manila, door-to-door shipping may not be an option. Our sales team will coordinate with you regarding the shipping method and pick up points.

What are the delivery methods?
Metro Manila - by land.
Greater Manila - by land.
Beyond Greater Manila - by land, sea or air. Please note that we cannot ship LPS products by air due to air cargo restrictions. Freight charges will be discussed with you by our sales team once we have received your order. 

How much will it cost to have my items delivered?
For orders within Metro Manila, we charge a standard rate of P150. 
For deliveries beyond Greater Manila and NCR, the shipping rate will depend on the logistic company's rates. We ship all our items "freight collect".

How long will it take to deliver my items?
Orders with delivery addresses within Metro Manila will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, upon confirmation of full payment. 
Orders with delivery addresses within Greater Manila will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, upon confirmation of full payment.
Delivery time of orders will depend on shipping method, and delivery address, and prevailing weather condition.

How do I pay for the items I ordered?
Upon receiving your order, our sales team will get in touch with you via email or through the contact number you input upon checking out to discuss the payment details.

What if my item is "Sold out" or out of stock?
Please send us an email of the item you are interested in that is out of stock so that we may inform you the date of its availability.
